OurPPF History
Research Partnership Founded
OurPPF has partnered with leading experts in polymer materials from China University of Petroleum. Together, they have established a joint research laboratory focused on applied research and process improvement in polymer films.
First Production Line Launched
The joint laboratory achieved a breakthrough in the performance of PTEE polymer, indicating that it is ready for market entry. In the same year, we established a production line in Shenzhen and began mass production of the new materials for the market.
Multi-Market Breakthrough
OURPPF’s PTEE materials are well-received in various markets, including automotive films, clothing, non-stick coating in kitchen cookware, chemical processing, and experimental consumables.
TPU Research Begins
The laboratory has begun researching thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer products, which can expand into various markets, including paint protection films, color change films, heat insulation films, and architectural films.
Guangzhou Factory Opens
Due to the successful marketing of PPF films, we have begun constructing a new factory in Guangzhou for the production of innovative materials. This facility will have the capacity to produce up to 17 million square meters of optical films annually. Our factory has established a successful business partnership with globally recognized brands to provide OEM services.
World-Class Supply Chain Built
To enhance our exploration of foreign trade markets and provide better service to our customers, we have decided to establish solid cooperative relationships with world-class raw material manufacturers, including Bayer (Germany), Ashland (USA), Lubrizol, Covestro, Mitsui Chemicals, Huntsman, and Cashew (Japan).
Film Cutting Software Launched
OurPPF developed software for film cutting, featuring a library that includes nearly all shapes and patterns, such as automobiles, motorcycles, and marine vehicles, in accordance with Chinese, European, and American standards.
